– Conduct of the General Μaster Plan of the broader region of ‘Mikro Kavouri’ in Attica, where the Hotel Resort ‘Astir Palace’ lies. The Master Plan was conducted according to the Greek Regulation. The Proposal involved the creation of 5 different Usage Zones. The Master Plan was approved by the Organization for Planning and Environmental Protection of Athens in 2009.
